It was such a gift to unexpectedly find Emily and realise that she was exactly the person our practice needed. It has been refreshing to have the combination of a wealth of experience that enables Emily to tackle any task, in combination with values that align so closely with those of our practice. She brings great wisdom but also has a quiet humility, being highly skilled but also very willing to do the basics where needed.
Our situation is a little unusual, with two parallel health care practices including a business arm and a not-for-profit. Emily has navigated these with ease, being informed herself by work across both sectors, quickly understanding what we are trying to achieve as well as the practical challenges involved.
