Hi, I’m Emily. I’ve spent my career leading in healthcare, and I believe the business of health deserves to be done exceptionally well.
I’ve seen the difference better business makes to the people delivering care and believe clinicians should be able to lead great health businesses, without having to become experts in everything it takes to run one.
That’s why I built Mountain. To see health leaders have access to the calibre of business expertise their work deserves, and a partner who understands that in healthcare, good business is not separate from good care. It is part of how we deliver it.
